20250523 15401200 1.0 TRUE Planning Docs The Planning_Docs layer provides the spatial extent covered by certain planning-related resolutions and ordinances. It also provides hyperlinks to the scanned documentation relating to the resolution/ordinance. The database of information relating to each document is maintained by the Planning Division and is stored in New_use_permits.mdb.  The table is then imported into SDE as a standalone table named PLANNINGDOCS, and presented to the users by joining on the [Application_Number] field in both the layer and the table.
